Poor customer service
I found the perfect fridge / freezer at the Beaverton standard TV and appliance store with the help of salesman Jase Williams on May 28. I was told the fridge would be delivered in two days. After we purchased the refrigerator I was told it would it was out of stock and would not be delivered until June 5. We were given a date and time for the delivery. Monday, June 5 came and went and we had not had a call or a delivery. My husband called the store Monday evening and was told that just because we had an appointment did not mean there was a guarantee for the appliance to be delivered !!! Jase Williams called us the next day and said it would be delivered that week and we would receive a call when It was in so we could make another appointment to have it delivered. The week came and went we had not heard anything by Saturday so my husband again called standard TV and appliance in Beaverton. We were told by a different salesman that the fridge was in and would be delivered to us on Monday June 12. Later that same day we received a call from Jase Williams and were told that the fridge was out of stock and would not be available to for delivery until July 5. At this point I canceled the order and found a fridge at another appliance store which was delivered in five days. I will never shop at standard TV and appliance again. Customer service was unacceptable.
