I came in to buy a microwave, picked out a high end one. The unit was to arrive on Saturday. I called to see if it was in, I was told it missed the truck and I could get it Monday afternoon. That did not work for my schedule, so I asked if they could go get it and bring it to the store. Nope, I was told by Ed (salesman) that I could go pick it up myself, wait till Monday or they could refund my money, whatever worked best for me. None of those options worked for my schedule. According to (ED) doesn't matter, won't lift a finger to meet customer needs. Thank God for "Si" he was the warehouse manager, he over-heard the conversation and called me back, once we talked He sent someone to pick up the unit and make sure I got it that day. This was my last purchase at standard. If you want customer service go to one of the big box stores, and that pretty pathetic when a big box store provides better service than standard.
