DO NOT BUY from them-BUYER BEWARE
If I could give this company a negative star I would. We purchased over $11,000 in appliances for our kitchen remodel and bedroom. They are more than happy to sell you but when it comes to service, THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!! I bought a king mattress, frame, and 2 box springs for the king mattess. When I put them all together the bed was so high that I had to jump onto it to get on. I called the store and was told to speak to my salesmen (Rich) but they couldn't get me in tough because he was with a customer so I left a message. After a week of not getting a call back, I called again and was told he wasn't or king that day so I left another message. No responses that next couple of times I called and no return calls. After a month I went and bought 2 new low profile box springs from another store. I decided to go in and was told to speak with Nick Welsh thesupervisor working that day. He said he'd have to charge me Restocking fees of $75 on the $300 return of the box springs. Rich was there too and said he spoke with me and offered to exchange for low profile box springs ... THIS NEVER HAPPENED AND I NEVER SPOKE WITH HIM. I called again the next day to speak to the customer service rep (Kelly Coffman) and got her voice mail. No return call since than (2 days later). This company has very very very terrible customers service. I WOULD NOT recommend it to my worst enemy.
