I was told that I would only be charged for a service call, not a diagnostic call because I had diagnosed the issue and worked with the parts department to order parts. After having a conversation with - John - the technician I was told this was not possible, but he would extend a 40.00 discount only to find out when he arrived that he would no longer honor. He was here for less than five minutes, installed the parts to dishwasher and charged me 269.00 (199 for a service call which included diagnostics) which was not needed. What a rip off. I have purchased all of our kitchen appliances through standard, but never again. Terrible communication and terrible service. I am appalled and feel really ripped off. Also, was supposed to get a call back from a supervisor, but haven't gotten a call back.
