Bought washer/dryer from big box store with 5 yr warranty. Dryer making major noise, unusable. Extensive time on interactive system trying to get thru to file a claim. Finally talked to a human and they set me up with a service call from Standard. Timing and execution of repair appointment a bit arduous but when Phil finally made it things were all good from there. Took some time but diagnosed blower problem, repaired, and rode off into the sunset with our thanks. Will probably buy next appliances direct from Standard to maintain direct line with warranty/service.
