Depends on Salesperson
Make sure you get someone who is knowledgeable about the appliance(s) you are looking for AND make sure they know how to find information you might need. It is hit or miss with sales persons. I have ordered and prepaid for appliances and then never been contacted when the appliance arrived. Which makes you feel like you don't matter or aren't an important customer. Calls not returned is not unusual and be prepared to do your own homework and research when you are IN the store, because many of the signs are not up-to-date. I buy quite a few appliances each year and I would NOT recommend Standard if you don't know of a good salesperson BEFORE you go. I have recommended several (4) friends to go there and they were NOT satisfied - only because of the salesperson they happened to use.
