Do not it anything at this store

Ordered a trim kit and told to try it and bring it back if there was a problem. Well of course it didn't fit. Came in today and they were rude and condescending, refusing to take it back. Now I am stuck with a 200+ dollar microwave trim kit and it won't fit the space that they said it would fit. I gave very specific measurements up front to ensure that this wouldn't happen and their sales person assured me that if it did nt fit for any reason I could bring it back. Terrible customer service. I will never buy from here again.

Hi Margaret. We apologize for the inconvenience. It sounds like there may have been some confusion. We typically require a non-refundable deposit on special order items, which the trim kit happened to be, but in certain cases, and with a Manager’s approval, the deposit can be overridden. We have contacted the store Manager and explained your situation, and he has approved to return your trim kit at the full amount that you paid.
