In store finding what we need for our house went well. They give you all the attention necessary UNTIL they sell you the appliances. When it comes to warranty or service repair you are now of no importance to them. They use inexperience help, don't return your calls make promises they don't keep, don't return your calls and when they do show up dont take care in preventing damage your hardwood floors and use incorrect parts as well as dont show up with the correct repair parts. Be aware that the repair people ONLY get paid for their time if they install something or replace it so if its wrong or not broken it wil be installed anyway and still not work or cause further damage to appliance. Next you get blamed for causing the damage. I will never recommend or shop there again.
