Lemon of a front load dryer is what we got stuck with.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT give this place your business. They unfortunately do not care or know about customer service. We have never spent this much on appliances and are deeply saddened by the way this place treats people. Got a lemon of a dryer that worked for approximately 1 month! The time my husband and I have spent dealing with getting this nightmare is gone! And not that standard cares, but our time is valuable! Lesson learned!!! Happy New Year to all of the companies out there that treat their customers right!!!

However, we do need more information. According to our database, we serviced your dryer once on December 9th, then completed the work on December 30th, once the part(s) arrived.
