Standard is great if you need to just purchase and get it installed, but the minute you have a problem, watch out. I bought my Bosch dishwasher and it wasn't working (literally) 2 weeks after installation (not to mention they said delivery on Monday, 2 days after purchase, but on monday afternoon I called and they had me scheduled for 2 weeks later that was easily fixed). To make a long boring story short it has been 4 months with my dishwasher 3 breakdowns and I have been waiting for a week for parts. I know this isn't a tragedy, but I am spending hours a day doing dishes and dealing with service and parts. No one takes responsibility, I have called customer service over 10 times in the past 4 months and never have received a returned phone call, because it always a machine. I don't even know if anyone works there, truthfully. My husband said, "dont go to Standard", I should have listened to him. If you see all the positive reviews they all are about the great purchase experience, and they are great at that, but I have spent over 100 hours washing dishes, waiting for service and on the phone with service who could not care less that I am having to wash all my dishes by hand after spending $1000 on a dishwasher 4 months ago. I might sound like the crazy person who's review you blow off, but this is 100% truthful, factual, and oh so real (It is sort of driving me to lunacy though).
