Poor Support

Bought about $5,000 in appliances. One of the appliances I bought had a mechanical failure and Standard TV and Appliance couldn't even service this. In lieu of simply just replacing the machine, I had to wait three weeks for a factory certified Bosh Rep to come out to my house......., Not fun.
