Kelly Coffman is VERY PROFESSIONAL in every aspect of her job including a memory for what had happened in the past when we had some issues with a Whirlpool Washer. She contacted me and arranged to have the old machine removed and a new one put in it's place as the cost to repair it exceeded it's value and the new identical machine was installed on time under the extended warranty and at the same time I purchased again a new extended warranty and put additional time on the dryer at the same time. All handled the FIRST TIME and completely to my satisfaction. It is a true shame that the quality of the washing machine is NOT AS GOOD AS STANDARD TV AND APPLIANCE. It makes it very easy to recommend Standard to ANYONE who asks me where to buy appliances. All of the individuals I have had the pleasure to work with at Standard have been way above average and Kelly is above them all. As long as you continue to treat your customers with such professionalism you will have all of my business and I am sure thousands of others.
