My 5-star rating of IM Autohouse is a reflection of my confidence in and experience with the integrity of the one primary professional (Blair) with whom I’ve dealt over the past 11 years of service. The concern and responsiveness given regarding a recent repair were genuine and it was helpful to be reminded that the work done is under warranty. Having this confidence alone is what keeps me as a customer, rather than going elsewhere, where the service might cost less.
