Overall, ACOUSTICAL DRYWALL SERVICES did a good job. There was some damage to a vent that I didn't point out to them, and I think that incident could have been handled better. I found the owner to be a bit gruff in his demeanor, which I didn't care for at all, and as a result of that I wouldn't recommend them to close friends and family. There was a bit of nickle and dime cost added at the end, and I just thought that should have been considered with the original estimate. The issues that I did have, they did come back and take care of. I would recommend that they include all cost in the initial quote that is submitted. The ceilings after the removal of the popcorn look great, and I am happy with them now that they are painted.
