This is a top notch company. Two companies, actually, because they sub-contracted the actual "popcorn" removal and disposal -- probably because of the asbestos. The ADS people finished the job with the patch, texture and paint. All and all, an amazing result. These people are very professional. Just be aware that you will have some damage to the wall paint as reported elsewhere -- it's unavoidable, unfortunately.
Also, you will have to re-install any ceiling fixtures yourself (or have an electrician do it). I took the opportunity to buy a few new ones. . .
