My feelings on total satisfaction with Charlotte
I have purchased my appliances at Charlotte for many, many years, yet I never receive any extra discounts when I ask nor any other kind of perks. #2 i have had problems with my newest purchases. I have had my dishwasher for a very short time and already a piece on the silverware holder broke off. It says to push which I did and a small blue piece of it broke off. I do not have much strength and had just started to push it when it broke off a couple of weeks ago. I want a new rack for my utensils please. I don't see how the piece could be repaired. I don't like the dishwasher at all, especially the top shelf. It is very hard to load. I have done enough complaining, so you might ask why I keep coming back. OK enough already. Thank you for this opportunity.
