My experience with Charlotte Appliance was excellent from beginning to end. Sales staff was knowledgable and not pushy at all. They helped me select the appliances that were right for me. I am building a house and the build turned out to take much longer than anticipated; Carlotte Appliance kept my items in storage at their facility at no charge for close to a year before delivery. Delivery was finally arranged, but one item--the stove--did not arrive. I had failed to mention that there were 2 invoices when I called to arrange delivery. The delivery driver immediately called the office and arranged for delivery the following day, even though normally they only come to my area once a week. The delivery crew was also professional, friendly, and competent. So to recap: excellent sales staff, great service, and excellent delivery crew. A uniformly superior experience and I would--and do--recommend Charlotte Appliance to friends.
