we bought a new gas dryer from Charlotte appliance. The wrong one was delivered at first, the salesman was off the next day so another day went by and they offered us another dryer comparable to the other one but the exhaust fell off and had to mess with the hose going out and get a new one--so far it is working ok-- will see down the road how things go--
