I have purchased 2 fridges, stove, dishwasher and a bedroom set from Charlotte. One word of advice when shopping for a fridge, please take into account of the hinges if buying a french door style. I brought the wall opening measurements and asked if fridge would fit. Well what the salesman didn't take into account is the hinges, so please check on that and add to your wall/space opening. I have a fridge that sticks out 5" because if pushed in, I can't open the one door because there's a full wall there. Otherwise happy with their prices and will always be coming back when I need something.
