We have been customers of Mission Viejo Transmission for about a year now, and we have gone to them for several projects. They rebuilt my daughter's transmission, replaced my starter, did an alignment, and most recently did an oil change. We like them because everyone there is always very professional and friendly. They are really good about making sure we understand what's going on. They explain it and show it to us in a way that no other shop ever has.

They have this "Girls in the Garage" seminar once a month which is geared towards teaching women and girls about car maintenance, what things to look for, and what to be aware of. They do an incredible job with it; it's fully catered, there's music, and it's really fun. Before my daughter went to the seminar, she was afraid of being taken advantage of if she were to go in and speak for herself. After she went to that, she takes her own car in and they speak to her in a way she understands. If she doesn't understand, she will let them know, and they explain it in a different way. She doesn't feel like they are taking advantage of her. They always back up their work- if you have any doubts or concerns about something not being done right, you can bring it back in and they will take care of it with no questions or any extra cost. Both of us will only go to Mission Viejo Transmission in the future. They make you feel comfortable.
