Mission Viejo Transmission has a very professional and knowledgeable staff. They were spot on with their diagnosis of the transmission, so I allowed them to fix the issue. They go out of their way to give you good service.

They will bring you into the shop to show you the issue, the defective parts and how they will fix it. I was able to get a 2 year warranty due to them being a AAA approved facility. I thought that Kevin and his staff were highly trained and professional.

They are courteous, polite and very friendly. Overall, it is the best mechanical shop in the transmission business. My hat is off to Kevin and the entire shop.
