My Jeep JK had a "no-start" condition, towed in to Terry's, as I had no idea what was wrong. Turned out, loose battery cable clamp - enough contact that the dash lights lite up, but not enough to engage the starter. They could have told me anything and charged a couple hundred dollars. Instead, no charge for tightening the clamp and sending me on my way. Thanks Terry's!
