We're very pleased with the service we get from Ventura TV Video Appliance Center. My wife wanted to remodel the kitchen, so first we bought a double oven from them. Then we bought the gas range. Most recently, we bought the refrigerator to complete the set, just like my wife wanted. Every time we walk into the showroom, someone greets us politely and asks how they can help. Their customer service is excellent. They don't just look at us and walk away like an impersonal store. They are very professional at Ventura TV Video Appliance Center. The staff asks us what we're looking for and helps us find it. Some time after the refrigerator was delivered and installed, my wife noticed a dent that was only obvious because she was cleaning it. It's not really that noticeable except in the sunlight and from a certain angle. It's definitely not something that happened during delivery or installation. It's not a big gouge or anything. It almost looks like it came from the manufacturer like that. Anyway, I talked to the sales rep and he's going to take a look. We live a ways from the showroom, so he hasn't been out yet. But I'm confident that he and I can come up with a solution together, either a replacement or a discount or something. The people at Ventura TV Video Appliance Center are professional and we are happy dealing with them. I highly recommend them to everyone. All their products are very good.
