Ventura TV Video Appliance Center has always been a great place to shop and they offer great customer service! This is not my first time using them. My husband knew Mark's mom from Bible study years ago. I recently went into the store to look at stoves. The salesperson I dealt with was very friendly. He talked with me about some of the benefits and features of each of the units. I ended up purchasing a different unit than the one I had originally planned on because of his suggestions. They were able to set up a quick delivery date. They arrived on time for the delivery. They were mindful and careful bringing it into my home and setting it up. Their pricing is very good. The whole experience at Ventura is like a Mom and Pop store rather than a big brand store. When you go to a big brand store you are just a number, they point you to the direction where things are located and that is it. When you go to Ventura they walk with you, show you things, talk about the features, answer your questions and make the whole shopping experience pleasant and easy. If you are looking to purchase any electronics or appliances then have absolutely no hesitation or qualms in calling Ventura TV Video Appliance Center!
