Since they have been in Fresno for a long time, I have always wanted to check out Ventura TV Video Appliance Center. I saw their commercial on TV and thought of them when I needed to purchase an antenna. They were friendly and told me that I could return or exchange the product if it didn't work. However, when I went in to exchange the antenna, I was given a hassle, told they weren't able to accept it. I was finally able to get them to take it back for a discount and purchased another antenna. Despite the inconvenience, I will still return to their business. In the future, I just would like them to be up front about their sales practices.
