Ventura TV Video Appliance Center has a great attention to detail took really good care of us. This particular visit we purchased a new refrigerator and DVD player with the help of the salesman Dennis and a Mexican gentleman, I don't remember his name but were very helpful and friendly staff. They were quick to answer all my questions and helped each other as it was a busy time in the store. The refrigerator was delivered on time and the delivery folks carried it in and placed it for us. Everything turned out great with no scratches on the anything and no mess when they left.
