The sales person was knowledgeable and efficient and made the sales process easy.

After the sale, BAC missed almost every opportunity to impress us with their ability to provide service. Missed opportunities to provide good service include 1) communication for installation scheduling, 2) communication for return and re-install of replacement item, 3) communication for repair and eventual replacement of re-installed item, 4) invoice clarification for adjustments due to multiple installations still has not happened after a couple attempts, 5) finger pointing between BAC and manufacturer leaves us (the customer) wondering when and whom will provide the required service, 6) scheduling of service and install was a disaster.

The guys who did the actual work in our house were great. The people telling these guys what to do fail to understand what good customer relations and service are.
