This was our first time coming to the BAC showroom. The appearance was uncrowded, clean, neat, with friendly staff. Many kitchen models were on display to give us a visual on how certain items would 'look' in our home. Erik Fretheim listened to our needs and wants, then guided us toward finding the very best options for our home. Delivery was on time; professional installers worked carefully removing the old items & replacing them with new. There was no damage to home structures in the process. Now with use, I love all the choices we made - each appliance is the perfect choice to meet our needs! Very happy customer. Kathy
