We ordered an oven, but the original sales person went on vacation, referred us to another salesperson who went on vacation. Finally we were able to order. They set up an install date, which did not work, but did not communicate with the installer. Fortunately, he called to confirm the night before. This installer ( who was awesome, by the way), was originally given our address, with a wrong name and phone number when he came to give an estimate. The second appointment set up was double booked...finally the third date worked.
