Bad experience. Didn't even get through the door. .

Receptionist on phone unapologetic or able to offer assistance . No notice on door Identifying Heirloom or hours of operation which are inconvenient to begin with.
Is there such s thing as Darwin Award for business?

Ulrika, I do apologize for the bad experience that you had. We were forced to move from our old location with only 4 days notice and we are still trying to work out the wrinkles. The website does not read correctly yet and I am working on getting the hours of operation changed to reflect our current hours.
I would be happy to send our staff out to your home at no charge to pick up your rugs AND clean them for a discount to try and make up for the inconvenience that you suffered.
