My hand made rugs (Indian and Tibetan) were very dirty and had suffered some puppy chewing damage to a couple of edges. We had almost given up on finding a repair solution. Heirloom was our last resort and they were amazing. Our rugs back were delivered back to us beautifully cleaned, feeling soft and luxurious again and with the puppy damage repaired. Many thanks!
