My mother has been living at The Shores for about 1 1/2 yrs now, and has always received top-quality care there. They take care of absolutely everything she could possibly need, and that is a huge relief for me. For instance, she wanted mini-blinds instead of shades, and they were in there, set up, ready to go that week! All of the aides and nurses are so personable and very friendly, but what stands out to me, is how skilled and helpful they all are. They are so understanding, and even make sure that the families are comfortable, and understand everything as well. Their facility is great, and the grounds are beautiful. I highly recommend them! 5 stars all the way!
