My mom entered The Shores back in 2012 and they have really improved so much since then. Her aids are fantastic and she had developed personal relationships with many of them. The entire administrative staff now is very responsive to any questions or concerns my sister or I have. They are even getting mom more involved with the community, which really stands out to me. They have come a long way since we first started there. They are a Methodist community and my mother is Jewish. They have scheduled a Rabbi to come and see her, have lunch, and even meet with the community there as well. That really has made her (and us) so happy! I am very impressed with how things have turned around there. Now, they act instead of just listen then walk away. 3 yrs ago I would not have recommended them, but now I do. I highly recommend them!
