As soon as we walked into Pitman Manor in 1998, after searching for others, my mother said this is where she wanted to come. When you go inside, it is a warm feeling to be there with caring staff. Now, my mother who is 105 years old and the oldest at this manor has had excellent healthcare, to which I'm thankful. They have excellent, caring nursing and office staff. I know that if there is any problem (which is rare), they will give me a call and take care of things. If I go away for a few days, all I have to do is call. Just recently, for her birthday, we celebrated at Pitman manor. Both the mayor of Depford and congressman gave her a proclamation. I know when I turn 92, I have already made a reservation to live at Pitman Manor, too. They're like your extended family; an outstanding Christian community.
