Bobby was very knowledgeable and professional. I thought I would be nervous and not do well, but he made me fell at ease and provided a lot of positive comments, feedback and reinforcement. He was able to explain all the information the tracker had recorded in a way I understood. He explained each step and process. I am glad I did the fitting. This was my first fitting at 81 years old.
