Had a fitting at Club Champions Plano store on 4/27. Good facility, knowledgeable fitting specialist with no product biases. All advice were made via data on the monitor after going through many many variations of shafts and club heads. No complaints with the fitting service other than they didn't have every shaft in a +0, +1/2", +1" length so took a little risk picking a +1" shaft when I was only able to test a +1/2" shaft of the same type. Not a big deal.

Two big issues with what happened after I paid a large sum of money. My fitting specialist never returned email or phone calls when asked to confirm the exact brand/spec on the build sheet. I had to call the store and get someone else to do it after 4 days of waiting.

Second is the turn around time on building the clubs. I was told before purchasing that their usual turn around time was 2 weeks(possibly 3), then sent a form email confirming . 1.5 weeks later, I'm told they have all my components except the club heads so they won't be able to deliver the order until 5/23. Nearly a month after I placed the order... Spoke with the club head MFG and they said there was no back order on my club head type and it shouldn't be taking that long and they asked for the order number so they could expedite. The way Club Champion orders from source mfg, they don't track individual orders so they can't give you an accurate date until all of the equipment parts arrive at their build location. I expect a little bit more when spending as much as I did with this company.

Started well, but finished poorly. With some adjustment to logistics, better customer support post-order, and turn around time CC could be worth a recommendation but not at present.
