I am a return customer and I have referred 3 people for full bag fittings, with that been said, the through put customer service is horrible.
The fitting experience with Brian E. has been outstanding, however, the follow through to complete what has been discussed on his end does not happen nor is there an urgency to correct said problem. For example my first fitting with him was great, he said he would send me the specs of everything we worked on for my review. That took 2 voicemails and 3 emails for that to happen. 18 months later, I go in to look at new irons, the good news was that he can save me $ and just swap my shafts... cool. I leave 1 club for the shaft upgrade, (he said he would email me the invoice). I decided to drop off a 2nd club to get upgraded as well plus to have them both PUREd. This dialogue was via text email and phone. ( I had someone pick the clubs up for me so they did not know what could've been wrong)Long story short, only 1 club was PUREd. 1 week goes by, I call back after an unanswered email, another employee sees the error sends me the invoice that was never sent by Brian, and said that Brian will reach out to me. Brian sent me an email on a Thursday apologizing for the mix up, my return email explained what I wanted to moving forward. Monday came and I decided to call, since I had no update or confirmation, they said Brian was busy and would call me back. Here we are on Tuesday and still nothing. At this point I'm finished with Brian Ennis while he is at that location and I will take my $, business, and referrals elsewhere.
