I previously submitted a very positive review of the fitting experience. I further appreciate the updates on the status of my new clubs' delivery date and arrival. Email updates as well as calls to service center were positive.
One comment. One time I called the Experience Center and was put on hold. After about 10 minutes the automated call survey started and then I was disconnected, without completing the survey. My intent was to continue to hold.
