If you’re looking to take your game to that next level I highly recommend a club fitting and after doing mine at Club Champion, I can’t see why I’d ever consider going anywhere else.
From the moment you walk in, the treatment and staff are top notch.
Did a full bag fitting with Evan. After a brief explanation of my game and what I wanted to achieve by the fitting we were off. His vast knowledge of equipment and his ability to quickly understand my swing mechanics led to a very confident feeling once it was time to select the best woods, irons, shafts to build my new set.
Important to note:
A full bag fitting takes time. A few hours well and you’ll be hitting A LOT of $@!#%. Be well rested, hydrated and stretched before getting there.
Also, custom clubs are going to be more expensive than your off the rack, big box store bought golf clubs so know your budget and even discuss this during the fitting so you’re on track for suitable options.
Side note: The technology behind the Sam PuttLab putter fitting is really impressive. Also, pure your shafts. And if there’s time, ask Evan to show you the video of pured vs non-pured shafts.
All rounds a 5 out of 5 star experience that I’ll be recommending to my golf friends.
