The Customer Experience portion or after sales support has not been good. I was led to believe I would get updates along the way regarding the build. There has been zero communication.
I called after a few weeks and was told the order was delayed due to unavailability of the PXG iron heads. They said they would be in by end of May.
I called at 2:00pm on Friday (the last business day of May) to check on the irons. I was on hold for 17 minutes before a recording came on and forced me to leave a message before it hung up on me. Disappointing, but not as disappointing as the fact they had 4 hours before the office closed and did not bother to call back.
