The difference between the caliber of people and expertise at CC compared to box stores is night and day. I felt comfortable from the first minute i walked in. Jim (Yenser) is a real pro who explained everything as we went through the bag -- and answered all of my questions in detail (and I asked a lot). Nothing was rushed. To his credit, I started to fatigue at the end of my full bag session. Jim wasn't confident in my driver data that he was seeing so he recommended I come back in on another day rather than risk a poor result, at no add'l cost. That says a lot about integrity.
