I went in with the intent of getting 2 clubs. A driver and a hybrid. I could not hit driver that day, hitch in my swing, call it whatever you want. We all have those days.
The fitter Brad was encouraging and tried to be helpful. He never once made me feel i didn't belong or like i was wasting his time. Though I did not figure out the driver that day, we did find a hybrid that was exactly what i was looking for.
It is a true skill to put some one at ease when things aren't going their way... thank you Brad.
