From the minute i walked into the Willowbrook store I was greeted with professionalism. Started the process with Completing a short questioner, for their benefit to serve me better. Details (at my level) as to what was going to take place and the outcome that I would receive. Never felt rushed nor to select ANY specific name brand. Staff worked hard making sure that items such as heads, shaft (several types-of materials) and lengths etc even grips were to me liking to reach my outcome that I requested on the questioner. I tried two other places both wanted me to purchase a specific brand ( selection were few if even more than three) No real explanation as to what and the why they were pushing me into a name brand. Club Champion asked how each part of the club makeup felt to me (weight swing even color and looks). At the end if my fitting, staff went over ALL details of the fitting process, gave me a copy to purchase clubs at another vendor using their findings/suggestions to as what would be my best golf head-shaft and grip. NO SALES PITCH was given. I quickly said lets get this going I would like to order the clubs now and when could i expect to have them in my hands. Around 14 days or sooner. The final cost maybe higher than expected, keep in mind that each club is made for "your swing". These are not generic clubs off the shelf, they are yours!
