First, let me start by say that this was highly recommended. I was very disappointed in their food. It always came out cold. Never received a hot meal. Secondly, when you ask a question they say I’ll check and then never return. They are not friendly. Can’t even say hello when they walk in the room. When they bring your food the drop it in the tray and leave. Can’t even ask a question. Some of the nurses and CNA are friendly. Was very disappointed they say they will call someone for you then don’t do it. The NP (Nurse Practitioner) lies and says she is in contact with your family and she isn’t. I highly DO NOT recommend this place try somewhere else. Very disgusted.
Positive note place is very clean. Administration department was nice & had no problems there. Unless you want to complain all the time. I suggest you find somewhere else to take your family member
