The team installing our new heating/AC system was late by over an hour, which would have been understandable if we weren't the first job of the day. We were misquoted the amount of time the total job would take (actual: 11 hours), the amount of time that the team would be spent inside our residence (quoted: minimal; actual: the entire time), and were provided inaccurate updates on timing during the process. The team broke a glass table of ours. The team neglected to warn us that black soot would be sprayed (and continues to be sprayed) from every vent in the house once they turned the system on. If this was unavoidable and had we been prepared for this, we would have taken precautions to cover up irreplaceable items that have now been ruined. The team lead (who also broke the table) then attempted to shift the blame instead of fixing the issue and apologizing. To be fair, another team member was helpful in the initial clean-up. Overall, it was a nightmare experience and a service that I would not recommend to anyone. If there had been an option to give less than a one star rating, I would have.
