In July 2019, my furnace coil was leaking water into the dripping pan. I called Precision Heating and Air. They said the A-Coil inside was leaking Freon after paying and doing leak detection. Then they tried to sell me a complete new system. I went with a much less expensive option of installing a new furnace coil. But they did not install it properly-- it has been leaking water little by little and leaking air since last year. They never found the root cause last year. But this July, one of their technicians thinks it is due to improper installation and unlevel of the new unit (it was supposedly installed balance and leveled so that water inside properly goes to the primary draining line and won't leak out). Recently I contacted Precision a few more times to try to ask them to properly fix the water leakage, but so far they have not yet fixed the issue since 2019 (and ignored most of my calls)! So I ended up with pretty much the same issue of leaking water into the dripping pan after paying thousands of dollar! It is actually worse than before because air was also leaking causing one of the rooms is not properly cooled.
