A renter I knew the AC was down late last night and spent day communicating with owners; Precision was one of the choices they gave [this evening] and the only one that said they would take care of me tonight. Only wait as technician was already on another job, but he was here less than an hour. Shane Mason communicated the entire time: on his way to me with ETA; friendly, polite from the start; what he was doing or going to do; was done under 30 minutes and I had cold air coming from the vents; he made sure I understood the cool down process time and was okay before he left ... may have even left a silver bullet ....
