I've been using Precision since they installed my new systems in 2013, and have always been impressed with the company. Based on the caliber of employees like Jordan, I will likely keep using them in the future.

Jordan called ahead, showed up on time, got right to work, and clearly explained what he would do and the options I had for various service plans and payment options.

I had asked when scheduling the appointment that the interior of my outside units be cleaned, and Jordan was able to get inside them and do a thorough job getting out the leaves and debris from a neighbor's large live oak tree that overhangs them, even suggesting a potential way to keep the units cleaner in the future.
