I had an amazing experience with Precision Heating & Air. So much so, that I have already recommended them to other people. They came out to the home because we had a garage box for our heater that needed to be worked on. The staff ended up replacing the heater and the control board. They also came out to do a follow up inspection, and then performed some additional work to make sure that everything was okay.

I have been working with them for about 8 months and the staff has definitely proven themselves to be friendly professionals. They make sure to clean up after themselves when the work is completed and they are very good at explaining any problems that I have, so that I would understand what is going on in my home.

I would say that the pricing for their work was pretty good, as well. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers to make sure that they are satisfied. I also appreciate them waiving the fee because I was buying a new system. I will definitely keep going to them in the future for their awesome service.

In doing part of the research to find them, I found out that they also sponsor highway cleanup. I think it's great that they also contribute to the community, which speaks well about how amazing the staff is. I hope they keep up the great business.
