I had a really good experience working with the guy from Precision Heating & Air. I had an air conditioning unit go out in one of my rental properties and since this is a short term rental place I needed it to be done fast. I had already had to cancel a few reservations and so I was very happy with the speed that Precision Heating & Air was able to answer my call. The guy came in and looked at it and knew exactly what it was. He told me the price of the part and I thought that I could find a better price for the part elsewhere. We debated it but I decided I was going to look anyway. I get a call from him not even 5 minutes later and he tells me the part is actually under warranty so all I needed to do was pay for the labor. I was unaware of this and I am so happy that he checked for me and saved me from having to go look around for that part. He went and got the part and fixed it with no issues. It was a really good experience and I would definitely call Precision Heating & Air again.
